Requirements

Notarized authorization.
Copy of the authorized person's ID card.
Original and copy of the social pact and its reforms.
Updated Public Registry Certification, valid for up to one (1) year, indicating the formation of the Board of Directors, Legal Representative, if there is a General or Special Power of Attorney granted by the company or duly notarized authorization, in favor of the person who will represent the company in administrative proceedings.
Business Registration, Notice of Operation or Certificate of Suitability, if necessary, depending on the activity you carry out.
Express declaration of the address of the business establishment and the company (attach sketch).
Original and copy of the Legal Representative's ID, current passport or permanent resident card.
Copy of the registered employment contract of each employee who will provide the service, as provided in 67 of the Labor Code.
Receipt for basic services that verify the address of the business establishment and that of the company.
