Requirements

Explanatory memorial addressed to the DGI requesting the equalization of the values of the property tax, signed by the agent. It must indicate telephone number and email.
Copy of the public decree, with stamps of improvements and sale.
Copy of ID or passport of the current legal representative.
Original certificate issued by the public registry of Panama attesting to the existence of the company and its dignitaries. In force.
Copy of the certification issued by the municipal works and construction department of the area where the property is located, indicating the date of the occupancy and construction permit.

Duration:

7 days (Approval from 12 to 24 months in DGI)
