Requirements

  • Industrial Development Certificate (CFI) Application Form.
  • Public Registry Certificate attesting to the existence of the company.
  • Copy of the Legal Representative's ID card authenticated by the Electoral Court or photocopy of the notarized Passport.
  • Financial Statements for the last fiscal period signed by an Authorized Public Accountant.
  • Municipal Peace and Security.
  • Peace and Security from the Social Security Fund.
  • National Peace and Security.
  • Copy of the Notice of Operation.
  • Sworn Notary Declaration detailing the name of the beneficiaries who hold, directly or indirectly, more than 5% of the company's shares. Companies that can certify that they are duly listed on a stock exchange recognized by the Republic of Panama will be exempt from this requirement.
  • Investment report signed by an Authorized Public Accountant. Depending on the modality applied by the company, it must meet the particular requirements for each of them in accordance with Article No. 15 of Executive Decree No. 37 of the Regulation of the Single Text of Law 76 of 2009.
  • Attach details of all the Invoices electronically according to the format provided by the General Directorate of Industries.
