Requirements

Explanatory memorial addressed to the DGI requesting a tax refund, signed by the agent. It must indicate telephone number and email.
Copy of the valid ID card or passport of the legal representative.
Original certificate issued by the public registry of Panama attesting to the existence of the company and its dignitaries. In force.
If you do not have the deeds, present an original certificate from the public registry of Panama detailing: purchase number, name of the owners, who declare the improvements value of the land, value of the improvements and total value of the property.
If the deed is not detailed in the permit, submit a copy of construction and occupancy issued by the construction and construction management of the area where the property is located.
