Requirements

  • Explanatory memorial addressed to the DGI requesting a tax refund, signed by the agent. It must indicate telephone number and email.
  • Copy of the valid ID card or passport of the legal representative.
  • Original certificate issued by the public registry of Panama attesting to the existence of the company and its dignitaries. In force.
  • If you do not have the deeds, present an original certificate from the public registry of Panama detailing: purchase number, name of the owners, who declare the improvements value of the land, value of the improvements and total value of the property.
  • If the deed is not detailed in the permit, submit a copy of construction and occupancy issued by the construction and construction management of the area where the property is located.
  • If the property is a horizontal or vertical apartment (PH). On the pages of the PH bill, a sheet containing the table of improvements for the apartment to be exonerated, a sheet of seals for the registration of segregation for itself and a sheet of registration seal where you declare it.
