Requirements

  • Explanatory memorial addressed to the DGI requesting a tax refund (last 3 years).
  • Copy of the affidavit of income for the requested period.
  • Original letter issued by the employer showing in detail the entries and exits from the country (if applicable).
  • Legible copies of a passport or migratory movement if you declare exempt income or foreign source.
  • Original certification of interest paid on non-preferential mortgage loans issued by a bank.
  • Mortgage interest transfer letter in the case of deducting all of the mortgage interest from your income statement (between family members) indicating the periods that apply.
  • Copy of the valid ID from which the mortgage interest is transferred.
  • Copy of the deeds (s) involved in the acquisition in the loans causing the mortgage interest with their respective stamps.
  • Original receipts of medical expenses issued by the health entity, which must be listed by year.
  • Original ITBMS credit bills paid listed by year.
  • Original receipts of donations that are deductible from income tax (list the donations received per year). And duly declared by the beneficiary.
  • Basic deductions: (dependent).
