Requirements

  • Letter from the company notifying the inactivity (original and four copies)
  • Copy of the pre-prepared or mechanized form where you submit the liquidations of the employee (s) and the receipt of the cancellation of the same.
  • Signed copy of employee liquidations.
  • Copy of the employee's ID card (s).
  • Copy of employee retirement notices at SIPE.
  • Copy of ID or passport of the legal representative.
  • Sketch of the establishment of the company where it operated. If you are a construction company, attach a copy of the sketch of the project.
  • Income statement for the last year of operation.
  • Close before the town hall.
  • Close to trade and industry. If the premises are rented, a note from the administration determining the date of eviction.
