Requirements

  • Original and two copies, written to the Municipal Treasurer requesting the definitive closure of the business, including contact number. The letter must be signed by the business owner. Cross-out, blurred, overwritten or altered letters are not accepted.
  • Copy of the business owner's ID card.
  • Copy of the transaction notice containing the signatures of the applicant and processor.
  • Copy of the notice of operations of the System www.panamaentre.gob.pa stating that the Notice is Cancelled.
  • Evidence on which you base your request.
  • Original municipal peace and security (copying and saving online is not allowed).
  • Copy of the last payment receipt for the current month. (If there is a payment arrangement, provide a copy of it).
  • Updated account statement.
  • Sketch of the location of the commercial establishment. It must include the district, housing estate, neighborhood, street, street number, local or residence number, building and number of apartment or commercial plaza and at least two reference points. (2 copies).
