Requirements

  • Notarized Letter of Authorization.
  • Copy of the Authorized's ID card.
  • Letter addressed to the Municipal Treasurer stating that an increase in activity is being requested (original and two copies). The letter must be signed by the business owner and telephone numbers must be included. Cross-out, blurred, overwritten or altered letters are not accepted.
  • Original certificate from the updated Public Registry or certified copy by a Notary Public (no older than 3 months).
  • Copy of the original updated transaction notice containing the signatures of the applicant and processor or declarant. This notice must include the activities you want to add to the increase in activity.
  • History of changes made to the commercial activity of the notice of operations through the portal www.panamaentre.gob.pa.
  • Sketch of the location of the commercial establishment (It must include the district, housing estate, neighborhood, street, street number, local or residence number, building and number of apartment or commercial plaza and at least two reference points) 2 copies.
  • In case the activity you want to increase requires permission from the competent Authority or Institution. Provide a copy of the Resolution attesting to the applicant's permission to carry out this activity.
